Never ever forget there is a person behind the graphics who also has a life and a family. Please do not take everything for granted.

*You have access to the entire membership area =)

* Use these files you download for any project you want,decorating your website,Callingcards,Scrapbooking,Awards,Websets,Stationery,Candy wrappers,for your crafts,adoptables,Incredimail Letters,wallpapers,printables,sigtags,labels,blinkies,desktop themes etc,and offer what you have made for free download from your site.

*Embroidery,cross stitch is allowed also,but in case you wish to sell what you have created you will need a license. (scroll down that page to buy your license)

* The tubes and other files you download are copyrighted to me not to you.

* You are allowed to use my work in Paint Shop pro using filters,or even animate the images.

* You may not share your password and login name with others or share my graphics with others,not with your friends,your mom with nobody.

* Give credit where credit is due,this means adding a link to my site on your links page or on the same page you use my work on. When you make signatures you do NOT have to add my url to it,I only require a link on your website :)

* You are allowed to use my graphics in your emails,a small text link is required though

* You are allowed to use the adoptables from my members area ,you are allowed to let your visitors download the adoptables from your site,again a link is required.

* Do not share anything you download from the membersarea with others. Do not send them through e-groups, do not give them away. They are for your personal use only.

* Do NEVER REMOVE the creditlinks.

* The Websets are for your personal use only,you may not share the websets with anyone else.

* Do not share the tutorials with anyone. You are allowed to do whatever you want with YOUR finished graphic. Yes this means even sell your image that you made using my tutorials.

* Do not copy or take my ideas and work,use you own creativity instead of using my hard work!

* Do not share what you download and no when your membership is over you can still not spread my work around.

*With subscribing to the membersarea or downloading the freebies you agree automatically to these terms.
